1998 - 2005 Ford Expedition, Excursion and Lincoln Navigator

CAUTION: Refrigerant under high pressure. Be sure to evacuate the system before servicing.

1. Unhook aluminum lines going to the rear evaporator, located under the hood on the passenger side fender well.

High side

2. Lubricate the o-ring and install the high side block fitting using the factory nut.

Low side line

3. Lubricate the oring and install low side block off fitting using the factory nut

4. Torque both nuts to approximatly 20 inch pounds

NOTE: Adjust refrigerant charge about 1-1 1/4 pounds LESS than factory specifications
