Installation instructions for block kit ATMFD9398


1993-1998 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury minivans with springloc fittings under passenger floorboard


CAUTION: Refrigerant under high pressure. Be sure to evacuate the system before servicing.

1. Unhook aluminum lines going to the rear unit, located under the passenger floorboard using springlock removal tool.

2. Remove the original orings from the original fittings


3. Replace with new lubricated orings and install supplied fittings.


Installed block kit


Recharge the system using approximatly 1lb LESS freon than factory recommendations then adjust accordingly.
