2002 - Current Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy

CAUTION: Refrigerant is under high pressure be sure to evacuate the system before servicing.

1. Dissassemble aluminum block fitting located in the drivers side wheel well.



2. Replace with the larger diameter block fitting with new sealing washer and fasten using bolt and nut supplied in the kit

3. Dissasemble aluminum block fitting in the passenger wheel well.


High side


4. Remove the stud that is fastened in the block fitting in the line going to the rear and reinstall the stud in the smaller diameter block fitting supplied in the kit


5. Replace the sealing washer, and reinstall the block fitting onto the line using the factory nut and stud


NOTE: Adjust refrigerant charge about 1 - 1 1/4 less than factory specifications.
